The consultancy is jointly led by an award-winning Principal Architect and a Licensed Principal Structural Engineer with over 40 years of international experience, supported by a dedicated team. Together, they provide technical leadership and design expertise, ensuring every project benefits from an integrated architectural and structural engineering approach.

MEET THE TEAM
Bushra Fatima
Principal Architect
Bushra is an award-winning Licensed Architect with extensive experience in architectural design, planning, conservation, and project development. She has led the design and execution of a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, institutional, and heritage projects, with a strong focus on functional, sustainable, and context-sensitive architecture.
She has served as the Lead Architect for the restoration of the iconic Gulzar Houz in Hyderabad and has successfully led numerous high-profile heritage conservation and restoration projects. Her expertise combines contemporary architectural design with the sensitive preservation of historic structures, delivering projects that respect cultural significance while meeting modern functional and technical requirements.
Mohammed Hamed
Principal Structural Engineer
A Licensed Principal Structural Engineer with over 40 years of professional experience in structural engineering across the Middle East and India. He has led the analysis, design, and supervision of numerous complex residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects in multiple countries, delivering safe, economical, and technically robust engineering solutions.
He possesses extensive expertise in the application of British Standards and American design codes, with a comprehensive understanding of international engineering practices, regional construction methodologies, and code-compliant structural design. His experience spans reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry, and composite structures, providing technical leadership throughout every stage of a project, from conceptual design and structural analysis to construction supervision and final delivery.
Mohammad Gulam Mustafa Syed
Graduate Structural Engineer
A GIStructE of The Institution of Structural Engineers with an MSc in Advanced Structural Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, UK. Specialises in the structural analysis, design, 3D structural modelling in Revit, and preparation of construction drawings for structural steel, reinforced concrete, and steel–concrete composite structures. Experienced in delivering independent structural design packages, detailed drafting, and high-quality 3D Revit models, with all engineering designs reviewed and approved by the Principal Structural Engineer. Possesses strong technical proficiency in the application of Eurocodes (British Standards) and extensive experience using industry-standard structural engineering software to produce practical, efficient, and code-compliant designs.
Shabir Ali
Civil & Site Engineer
With nearly 20 years of experience across the Middle East, he brings extensive expertise in site supervision, project coordination, and construction management. Holding a Diploma in Civil Engineering, he supports our projects with practical field knowledge, meticulous site execution, and a strong commitment to quality.
In addition to his site engineering responsibilities, he is proficient in architectural drafting using AutoCAD, producing accurate construction drawings and assisting in the development and coordination of architectural documentation from concept through execution.
