57 Aesthetics – Hair & Skin Clinic
57 Aesthetics is a 2,500 sq. ft. hair and skin clinic designed within a converted residential apartment. The project focused on transforming the existing layout into a functional and welcoming clinical environment while maintaining a sense of comfort and privacy.
A sophisticated palette of navy blue, dark wood finishes, and soft ambient lighting defines the interiors, creating a space that feels both contemporary and tranquil. Clean lines, carefully planned spatial flow, and subtle material contrasts establish a premium yet comfortable environment aligned with the clinic’s identity.
Musi River Urban Bridge – Design Competition
This project was developed as a proposal for a state-level bridge design competition organized by the Government of Telangana for the Musi River in Hyderabad. The design envisions the bridge as more than a piece of infrastructure, proposing it as a vibrant civic space that strengthens the relationship between the city and the river.
The concept integrates vehicular movement with dedicated pedestrian promenades, cycling tracks, and landmark architectural elements, transforming the bridge into a multifunctional urban connector and public landmark. The proposal focuses on balancing mobility, urban identity, and public engagement while enhancing the riverfront experience.
The project was awarded Second Place in the competition and received recognition for its approach to combining infrastructure with public space and urban design.
Sharifuddin Heritage – Residential Apartments
Sharifuddin Heritage is a contemporary residential apartment designed to express a bold yet refined urban identity. The facade is articulated through a layered composition of dark marble cladding, textured surfaces, and warm wood tones, creating depth and contrast across the elevation.
Framed balconies, geometric railings, and integrated lighting elements enhance the architectural rhythm of the building while emphasizing its vertical character. The design balances modern aesthetics with functional residential planning, resulting in a distinctive and elegant presence within the urban streetscape.
Gulzar Houz – Heritage Restoration
Gulzar Houz, located within the historic Charminar precinct of Hyderabad, is an important heritage landmark that forms part of the city’s historic urban fabric. The project focused on restoring the historic fountain and enhancing the surrounding public realm while preserving the architectural and cultural significance of the site.
The work was carried out as part of the heritage restoration projects undertaken by Deccan Terrain. For the author’s contribution to the project, an appreciation certificate was awarded recognizing the restoration effort.
